I too look in the back of mags of inspiration and shopping ideas. Unfortunately in India, all the good places do not seem to advertise and therefore we rely on word of mouth or mag. Yes the prices can be high at Raghuvanshi Mills outlets - this is where all the wealthy folk go to shop. But Good Earth does sell some very beautiful things. Do stop by again! Cheers, BombayJulesBombayJuleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13832768677477639407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209917895693447861.post-55288130473465143422014-06-11T11:19:45.626+05:302014-06-11T11:19:45.626+05:30A bit delayed but...thanks!A bit delayed but...thanks!BombayJuleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13832768677477639407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209917895693447861.post-85903984032859718142014-05-14T22:53:30.194+05:302014-05-14T22:53:30.194+05:30I've been looking for online sites to get Indi...I've been looking for online sites to get Indian clothing, and you've helped with some great ideas with those online stores. I, like you, am a great fan of Chiminlal's for example and no trip is completed without a visit there for stationary provisions! I also love things to do with interiors and one of the things I do within a day or two of arriving is to pick up a bunch of interior design and lifestyle magazines from the local newstand to pour over and to see what's hot and what's not! I actually discovered aplenty of places to shop in this way by looking at the stockists section at the back of the magazine or just looking at products and where they were bought from. This is how I found Raghuvanshi Mills as it was mentioned in so many magazines! I was a bit disappointed at how high some of the prices were here and could see it was catering for a certain clientele but there are always ideas to be taken and always a little something that one can twist one's own arm to buy! Really enjoyed reading this article and hope to revisit this upon my next trip in order to discover more! Thank you :)Zaheennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209917895693447861.post-40203446475870869172014-05-14T19:25:57.012+05:302014-05-14T19:25:57.012+05:30THE must-have guide for every Bombay shopper! I am happy to say I have darkened the doors of most of these establishments (one or two more to squeeze in before I ship out for monsoon) And I agree with you 100% about Nature's Basket Case!Maximumcitymadamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01966305045738733550noreply@blogger.com
